ភ្នំពេញ ៖នារសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី១៧ មិថុនា ២០២៥សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែតកាយរឹទ្ធិជាតិកម្ពុជាជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទ មហាសន្និបាតវិសាមញ្ញកាយរឹទិ្ធជាតិកម្ពុជា ។
កាយរឹទិ្ធជាតិកម្ពុជាគឺជាអង្គការអប់រំស្ម័គ្រចិត្តសម្រាប់កុមារ និងយុវជន មិនធ្វើនយោបាយ និងមិនរើសអើង ដោយធ្វើសកម្មភាពដើម្បីរួមចំណែកក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍកុមារ និងយុវជន ឱ្យមានសក្តានុពលពេញលេញ ឱ្យក្លាយទៅជាពលរដ្ឋល្អ មានការទទួលខុសត្រូវ ។ ចលនាកាយរឹទ្ធិជាតិកម្ពុជាបានចាប់ផ្តើមតាំងពីអំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៣៤ ប៉ុន្តែដោយសារតែកត្តាប្រែប្រួលនយោបាយ និងសង្គ្រាម បានបង្អាក់សកម្មភាពកាយរឹទ្ធិជាតិកម្ពុជាមិនអាចដំណើរការបាន ។ ក្រោមគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមជាថ្មីរបស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី កាយរឹទ្ធិជាតិកម្ពុជា ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងវិញតាមរយៈមហាសន្និបាតលើកទី១ នៅ ថ្ងៃទី២៦-២៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០០៦ និងបានទទួលស្គាល់ជាសមាជិកពេញសិទ្ធិរបស់អង្គការពិភពលោកនៃចលនាកាយរឹទ្ធិ នៅថ្ងៃ១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០០៨ ។
មកដល់ពេលនេះ កាយរឹទិ្ធជាតិកម្ពុជា មានការរីកចម្រើនគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់ ជាអាទិ៍ការកសាងបាននូវកំណើនសមាជិកភាពក្នុងស្រទាប់កុមារ និងយុវជន ទាំងនៅក្នុងគ្រឹះស្ថានសិក្សាសាធារណៈ ឯកជន និងសហគមន៍គ្រប់មជ្ឈដ្ឋាន ដែលមានសមាជិករហូតជិត២០ម៉ឺននាក់ទូទាំងប្រទេស ។ តាមរយៈ កំណើនសមាជិកនេះ ពិតជាអាចបញ្ជាក់បានថា កាយរឹទិ្ធជាតិកម្ពុជា គឺជាអង្គការចាត់តាំងយុវជនដ៏សកម្មមួយ ដែលមានគោលនយោបាយ ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត និងកម្មវិធីច្បាស់លាស់ ដែលឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការរបស់កុមារនិងយុវជន និងសង្គមជាតិ ៕

The Cambodia Scouts is a non-political and non-discriminatory voluntary educational organization dedicated to developing children and youth, with the goal of nurturing them to reach their full potential and instill a sense of responsibility. The Cambodia Scouts initiated their operations in 1934; however, subsequent political changes and conflicts led to the temporary suspension of their activities. Under the initiative of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, the former Prime Minister, the Cambodia Scouts were successfully reestablished during the inaugural General Assembly held on April 26-27, 2006. On July 1, 2008, they attained recognition as a full member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement.
Currently, the Cambodia Scouts have made remarkable progress by increasing their membership among children and youth in public and private educational institutions, along with communities across all sectors, resulting in nearly 200,000 members nationwide. This growth demonstrates that the Cambodia Scouts is a proactive youth organization with clearly defined policies, strategic plans, and programs that address the needs of children, youth, and the nation.
